The Lithuanian broadcaster LRT has recently confirmed their participation in Malmö and is already calling for songs and artists to submit.The rules for this edition has also been confirmed.
Only people from Lithuania or foreign people who may live in Lithuania are allowed to participate.
Songs may not be longer than 3 minutes and may not be commercially released or performed before September 1st.
The deadline for submitting songs is October 1st and the live shows would start in October.
