Belgian songs for JESC 2012 are announced

The Belgian children broadcaster Ketnet has released the songs who will compete in the national finals in Belgium for JESC in Amsterdam.

On Monday 3rd of September the broadcaster will start a television serie about the auditions, the songs until the press conferences.
Also this year there are 3 coaches : Brahim (Eurosong 2006 and 2008), Kathleen Aerts (Eurosong 2009) and Ronny Mosuse (Songwriter Belgium ESC 2012).

The 3 preliminary rounds are from 1-3 October and the final will be on Saturday 6th October at 9:30am.
This year only the televoters will decide who goes to Amsterdam, no juries are involved.

Belgian candidates Junior eurosong announced


The Belgian junior broadcaster "Ketnet" has announced the 9 candidates who will compete for the ticket to the junior eurovision song contest in Amsterdam.

Unless other years, only the names are revealed, for the songs you'll have to wait until the next press conference in August.

Belgian contestants JESC announced 23rd of June


On Saturday the 23rd of June, the Belgian broadcaster Ketnet will announce the 8 finalists for Junior Eurosong 2012.
This will happen in the program called Ketnet Kingsize.
This will be 10th participation of Belgium in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

The best result they had was a 4th place in 2009 and the worst place 15th in 2007.
