Estonia will select its candidate for the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 on March 2nd 2013.The rules for submitting an entry for the national final are out.
Interested artists and composers can send their songs until the 10th of December.
A jury then we will listen to all those entries and 20 will chosen to proceed to the 2 semi-finals.
Of those semi-finals eventually five will compete in the national final.
The voting will be done with 50% juries and 50% televoting.
The semi-finals will air on 16th and 23th february.
