The Belarussian broadcaster have announced the rules for selecting their entry for the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest.Songs can be submitted until the 22nd of October and then a jury will pick the 15 best songs for the semi-final that is planning to take place in November. The national final is currently planned for December.
Last year Belarus was not able to qualify for the final, just like in 2011. The last time they qualified was in 2010 with 3+2 and Butterflies.
