The Cultural Minister of Luxembourg has spoken about a participation in the Eurovision Song Contest.She said it's up to the national broadcaster, RTL, to decide whether they want to return or not.
The government will take no decision in that.
RTL says that the high costs of being member of EBU and the lack of success for Luxembourg in the past are reasons to not come back.
Luxembourg took part since the first ESC in 1956 until 1993. They have won the contest 5 times.
