Altough we've asked the Belgian broadcaster RTBF about a confirmation to participate in ESC 2013, they didn't want to give us an answer.
But in a Belgian newspaper - La Belgique - it's suggested that the winner of a talent show called "The Voice Belgique": Roberto Bellarosa would represent them.
RTBF has a lack of artist who want to participate and they don't want to have an expensive national final.
So choosing this guy with the experience he's got, could be a good choice.
Roberto has released his first song "Je crois" and will release his first album in September.
